Never has #themonalisaeffect been more important than in these challenging times. Fortunately, despite global travel restrictions, I am still working with clients worldwide remotely, tailoring my provision to the specific needs, and time zones, of each individual school. In fact, I am delighted to say that I have never been busier!
I am able to deliver conference keynotes and workshops, and have presented to audiences large and small at numerous conferences across the world.
I can provide analysis, and formative and summative reports, of student-level data across a school or group of schools.
I enjoy coaching school leaders and their leadership teams to develop a strategic and sustainable approach to student-level data.
I offer face-to-face training for academic staff in order to enable them to make effective use of the entire 'data triangle'.
I work with parents and students to help them best understand the form and function of both formative and summative assessments.
I am also able to provide training for academic staff and/or presentations on:
-
Democratic education and 'Student Voice' for international schools;
-
Child and adolescent mental health and wellbeing for international schools;
-
Belonging, inclusivity and the Equalities Act (2010) for international schools;
-
Polio Points and how to incentivise positive behaviour through global citizenship;
-
Supporting students on the autistic spectrum in the mainstream classroom.
Increasingly, clients are asking me to provide a hybrid solution, blending elements of all of the above through a combination of remote and face-to-face support as part of long-term consultancy and an ongoing professional relationship.
