Never has #themonalisaeffect been more important than in these challenging times. Fortunately, despite global travel restrictions, I am still working with clients worldwide remotely, tailoring my provision to the specific needs, and time zones, of each individual school. In fact, I am delighted to say that I have never been busier!

I am able to deliver conference keynotes and workshops, and have presented to audiences large and small at numerous conferences across the world.

I offer bespoke online training courses for academic staff in order to enable them to make effective use of the entire 'data triangle'.

I deliver one or two day training to an entire school staff on #themonalisaeffect and the 'data triangle'.

I can provide multi-lens analyses, and formative and summative reports, of student-level data across a school or group of schools.

I have worked with parents and students to help them best understand the form and function of both formative and summative assessments.

I am increasingly asked to speak and lead training on, an #earlyyearsup approach to education, hybridising best global Early Years practice for the whole school

I enjoy supporting school leaders and their leadership teams to develop a strategic and sustainable approach to student-level data.

I am gaining a global voice on Diversity and Belonging, with a particular focus on transinclusivity.

I am also asked to provide training and/or presentations on:

  • Democratic education and 'Student Voice';

  • Child and adolescent mental health and wellbeing;

  • Polio Points and how to incentivise positive behaviour through global citizenship;

  • Supporting students on the autistic spectrum in the mainstream classroom.

Increasingly, clients are asking me to provide a hybrid solution, blending elements of all of the above through a combination of remote and face-to-face support as part of long-term consultancy and an ongoing professional relationship.
