Never has #themonalisaeffect been more important than in these challenging times. Despite global travel restrictions, I have still been able to work with clients worldwide remotely, tailoring my provision to the specific needs, and time zones, of each individual school. Now the world is opening up again, demand for face-to-face, in situ training is growing all the time.

I regularly deliver conference keynotes and workshops, and have presented to audiences large and small at numerous conferences throughout the world.

I offer bespoke online training courses and face-to-face, in situ training for small or large groups of staff across the international schools sector.

I provide multi-lens/-level analyses, and formative and summative reports and executive summaries, of student-level data across a school or group of schools.

I have worked with parents and students to help them best understand the form and function of both formative and summative assessments.

I enjoy supporting school leaders and their leadership teams to develop a strategic and sustainable approach to data and assessment.

I am gaining a global voice on Diversity, Equity, Inclusion and Justice (DEIJ), with a particular focus on transinclusivity.
